James Davis, CBSE

President

James Davis is the founder and President of Extra Hands Services, Inc., with more than twenty-eight years of experience in the building services industry. He provides executive oversight of contract performance and remains actively involved in strategic planning, operational standards, safety expectations, and quality control.

His leadership ensures that service delivery aligns with contractual requirements and safety protocols. Mr. Davis holds the Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation and maintains active involvement in industry organizations. He is a member of BSCAI (Building Service Contractor Association International) and ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association) and is an IICRC Certified Technician (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification).

Ailene Davis

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Ailene Davis is a co-owner of Extra Hands Services, Inc. with more than twenty-eight years of industry experience. She provides senior-level oversight for client relationships, contract administration, and quality assurance coordination.

Mrs. Davis played a key role in establishing company training programs, personnel policies, and structured quality control practices. She remains actively engaged in account management and customer communication to ensure service standards and safety expectations are consistently met.

She serves on the Board of Directors for the Grandview Area Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of BSCAI and ISSA. She is also an IICRC Certified Technician.

James Davis III

Business Development Executive

James Davis III brings more than twelve years of experience in the janitorial services industry. He manages client relationships, supports contract coordination, and ensures clear communication between customers and operations teams.

He supports service continuity by ensuring expectations are clearly defined and performance concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Extra Hands maintains a structured operational hierarchy to ensure consistent execution across all facilities.

Operations Manager

Oversees day-to-day service delivery across customer sites, ensuring quality, timeliness, efficiency, and safety compliance. This role coordinates site supervision, supports training initiatives, and maintains consistent operational standards.

Operations Supervisors

Provide direct oversight of frontline personnel at assigned locations. Responsibilities include employee supervision, reinforcement of safety protocols, adherence to company policies, responsiveness to customer concerns, and routine inspections to verify service quality and compliance.

Lee Huff

Utility Specialist Manager

Lee Huff supports operations through equipment management, inventory control, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance. He ensures service teams are properly equipped and supported to perform contracted services safely and efficiently.

Structured Oversight & Service Verification

Extra Hands maintains formal oversight processes to verify that janitorial services are delivered in accordance with scheduled hours and scope requirements. Supervisory and management personnel conduct routine site visits, inspections, and performance reviews to confirm service completion and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Any service concerns are documented and addressed through established corrective action procedures. Management remains accessible and prepared to respond promptly to service needs or emergencies.

Training & Professional Standards

All personnel participate in structured onboarding and ongoing training programs addressing safety procedures, proper chemical handling, equipment operation, quality expectations, and professional conduct.

Supervisory and management personnel receive additional training focused on leadership, communication, compliance awareness, and quality assurance responsibilities. This layered approach reinforces consistent service delivery and workplace safety.
